I have not posted on here for ages and this is because I have had issues uploading photos which has been really annoying, but its fixed now and so I can start blogging properly again! I have been lucky enough to have just come back from a trip to Paris with my fellow London college of fashion students. The trip was amazing and we were able to go to the Pret-a-porter trade fair to see what different brands had to offer, here are a few photos of Pret-a-porter.....
We also found something amazing at Pret-a-porter..... a nail varnish vending machine! It had every nail varnish colour you could think of and each pot was only 5 Euros! So worth it, especially for the novelty! I had to buy one so I went for a dusty rose colour called 'Jane'. The nail varnish goes on really well and the brush makes it easy to apply, I am definitely pleased with my purchase!
On the last day of the trip we decided to go to the famous Champs Elysees and visit Louis Vuitton (of course) the store is amazing, with floor upon floor of gorgeous Louis Vuitton fashion. There are two Chanel stores on the Champs Elysees, however we decided to go to a place called Madeline to visit the oldest (and apparently the most beautiful) Chanel store and it certainly delivered.... the store was located on a side road and was instantly breath taking. Inside the smell of Chanel No 5 fills the air and you are greeted with beautifully dressed shop assistants saying "bonjour Madame". We were served by the friendliest shop assistant and she gave each of us a little metal Chanel key ring as a "present from Paris". The store is quite literally, heaven.
And finally, no trip to Paris would be complete without seeing the Eifel tower and so here it is in all its beautiful Parisian glory.
